At SooperFit, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used gym accessories

  • Worn fitness belts

  • Used straps, wraps, or support gear

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

  3. Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact SooperFit Support.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return approval instructions.

  4. Ship the product back as instructed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by SooperFit.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Size replacement (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds are not issued in cash.

  • Approved refunds will be transferred through a bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the standard return process will apply.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), SooperFit will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
